The room was nice cosy and brand-new here with balcony, a fan plus excellent drinking water. The staff was very helpful and top-class and took care of us. The hotel had an exceptionally nice location close to restaurants

The location of the hotel was good - relatively near a grassy park. There was a river and a mountain near the place.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Comfortable place with EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff and fast wi-fi. A wide array of fabulous options for meal. Beautiful stunning location, very close to everything in town. And just off Interlaken, a Mexican restaurant, and the Jungfrautrasse bus station.

There were central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel TV in the room, truly enjoyed that. The meals in the restaurant were outstanding. The property was in the center of the city.

my recent stay in interlaken was amazing, and Blume made it even better! The central location, clean rooms, and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. Plus, the delicious breakfast with fresh bread was a cherry on top. Highly recommend staying at Blume during your city holiday in Interlaken!

The hotel was very close to the interlaken west station - less than a 5 min walk, which was its main attraction for us. We travelled extensively around Bernese Oberland, Luzern etc and location of hotel was key. The shared bathrooms were spotless and breakfast was excellent. Rooms are small but were good enough for us.

The hotel has no elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor. The stairs are pretty steep. We weren't warned about it. That's why we couldn't get into our room this afternoon.

We had a great family stay at Hotel Blume. The connecting rooms were perfect for us, and the breakfast staff was excellent. The bathroom setup was unique, and we loved the spot-on water pressure and hot water. Room service was a nice convenience and the location was fantastic. We also appreciated the information provided by the friendly staff and the tea/coffee machine in the room.

Fantastic value for money, clean, comfortable rooms with a lovely balcony to relax on. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. We also appreciated the included car parking, making our romantic escape hassle-free.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. The shower gel and shampoo were missing in the showers, which was quite inconvenient.

staff is nice, breakfast is good, the hotel is close to the bus stop for Interlaken West and Ost statoin. very easy to reach every site of the town.wifi is very good everywhere in the hotel.

shared toilet and bathroom, but it is ok for cost saving trip.
